I believe how we live affects our happiness and well-being, which is why we put so much into every project. Ultimately, our aim is to make lives better through building.

With over 18 years of success in construction, I am a driven professional who believes in the power of doing what’s right. Each day, I work to improve the customer experience and aspire to help clients realise their dream homes. I believe employee engagement is key to building a dynamic, resilient workplace, which is why I focus on setting clear goals, fostering teamwork, and encouraging development, recognition, and feedback. As an integrator, I excel in implementing systems, executing plans, and turning ideas into reality.

I have been in the Building Industry for 19 years. I am very passionate about all of the projects I am involved in, and the aspect of improving the lives of our clients. A big part of my job at Milestone is interacting with our clients, which I really enjoy. The best part of my role at Milestone is having the freedom to make choices that benefit our clients and ourselves.
